The Department of Workers' Claims has filed new practice regulations with the Legislative Research Commission.  Effective 7/1/2015, 803 KAR 25:008, new practice regulation has been published.  803 KAR 25:013 repeals 803 KAR 25:009 and 803 KAR 25:010 was also published on July 1, 2015.

The Department of Workers’ Claims is excited to offer an Online Open Records System.  The web portal may be accessed by clicking the following link:
